Act V: The Reckoning patch notes


- Change List -

  • The Priest has a new look!
  • Significant changes have been made to many of the Priest skills
  • All Priests will have their Skill points reset.
  • All players will receive Backstep and Cancel - Backstep for free. If you have already purchased these skills, their SP cost will be refunded.
  • All classes will receive new default skills when they advance to a sub-class. If any of those skills have already been purchased, their SP cost will be refunded.
  • Halloween events have been added
  • Halloween Packages have been added to the Item Shop
  • Skeleton Key Fragments have been added to the Item Shop, and also may drop from dungeon monsters.
  • All existing Priests and new Priests made during the event period will receive 4 free Advanced Avatars that will make them look like the old Priest model
  • All new characters will receive a special package from Streadolfitz
  • All new characters will receive 10 Life tokens when created
  • Partying with any Priest sub-classes will grant an EXP bonus

[ALL PRIESTS]

   * Basic appearance changed.
   * Basic Movement Speed increased.

Common Skills Giant Weapon Launcher

   * Attack range is increased.

Smasher

   * Skill is now one of two skills that you receive when you create a Priest.
   * Since the skill can now be acquired at Lvl 1 rather than Lvl 5, the Stats have changed.
   * You can now manually throw the grabbed enemy to deal additional damage by pressing the attack key during the dash animation.

Slow Heal

   * Skill is no longer one of the two default skills when you create a Priest.
   * Can be learned at Lvl 5.
   * Since the skill cannot be learned until Lvl 5, the stats have changed.
   * The more Vitality you have, the more HP you will gain.
   * The maximum number of casts will increase as the skill level increases.

Strike

   * Physical Attack Strength granted will increase as Vitality increases.
   * Although Physical Attack Strength has increased, Attack Strength for basic Strike has decreased.
   * Duration increased from 60 seconds to 120 seconds.
   * MP cost increased.

Lucky Straight Punch

   * Attack Strength decreased.
   * Character will move forward more quickly, but enemies will not fly after the last hit.

Cure

   * SP cost decreased from 20 to 10.
   * Skill must be leveled in order to remove higher level Abnormal Statuses.

Second Uppercut

   * Attack range has increased.

Furious Grab

   * Cooldown has been increased from 5.5 seconds to 6 seconds.

Wisdom Blessing

   * The more Spirit a character has, the higher the boost to Magical Attacks and Intelligence.
   * Duration increased from 60 seconds to 120 seconds.
   * Mana cost increased.
   * All Priests can now level this skill to 10.
   * Crusaders can now level this skill to 20.
   * Cannot be learned until Level 15.
   * Can now be learned every 2 levels rather than every 3.
   * SP cost redcued from 25 to 20.
   * Pre-requisite: Strike Lvl 5
   * No longer raises Spirit and Vitality.

Painful Rapture

   * You now gain more MP for sacrificing less HP.

[CRUSADER REVISIONS]

Changes to Existing Crusader Skills

   * As part of game balancing, casting speed will no longer increase as the character levels up. 

Blades of Purity

   * SP cost decreased from 30 to 25.
   * Physical attack has been changed to Magical attack.
   * Attack Strength has increased.

Cancel - Blades of Purity

   * Can now be learned at Lvl 26 (rather than Lvl 30).

Heaven's Melody

   * SP cost decreased from 30 to 20.
   * Now increases maximum MP.
   * The higher your Vitality, the more your Max HP will increase. The higher your Spirit, the more your Max MP will increase.
   * Pre-requisite: Slow Heal Lvl 5

Sign of Protection

   * The higher your Vitality, the more your Physical Defense will increase. The higher the Spirit is, the higher the Magic Defense will be.
   * Vitality and Spirit will no longer increase.
   * Pre-requisite: Blessing Lvl 3, Grace of Protection Lvl 1
   * Skill can now be leveled to 20.
   * SP cost reduced from 30 to 20.
   * Duration increased from 60 seconds to 120 seconds.
   * Mana cost increased.

Spiritual Sacrifice

   * SP cost decreased from 20 to 10.
   * HP and MP recovery increased.
   * The higher your Vitality, the more HP will be replenished. The higher your Spirit, the more MP will be replenished.

Revenge of Light

   * No longer increases Spirit.
   * Duration increased from 30 seconds to 120 seconds.
   * Mana cost increased.
   * Cooldown decreased from 15 seconds to 10 seconds
   * Thunderbolt's Attack Strength has increased

Light of Divinity

   * SP cost decreased from 30 to 20.
   * Shields the caster or party members to block a set amount of attacks.

Fast Heal

   * The higher the target's Vitality, the more HP will be replenished.
   * Number of uses increases as the level of the skill increases.
   * Pre-requisite: Slow Heal Lvl 10
   * Can now be learned at Lvl 25 (rather than Lvl 30).
   * The SP cost reduced from 30 to 20.

Deflection Wall

   * Cooldown decreased from 40 to 15 seconds.
   * Duration has decreased, but the HP has increased.
   * Skill can now be leveled to 17.
   * Can now be learned every 2 levels rather than every 3.
   * Pre-requisite: Blades of Purity Lvl 5 (no longer Sign of Protection Lvl 4)
   * Casting time decreased.

Divine Invocation

   * The higher the target's Vitality, the more Strength they will gain. The higher the target's Spirit, the more Intelligence they will gain.
   * Clear Cube consumption increased from 1 to 3.
   * Duration increased from 60 seconds to 120 seconds.
   * Pre-requisite: Heaven's Meoldy Lvl 5, Sign of Protection Lvl 5, Fast Heal Lvl 3, Grace of Protection Lvl 5 (no longer Strike Lvl 4, Wisdom Blessing Lvl 5)
   * Skill can now be leveled to 17.
   * Can now be learned every 2 levels rather than every 3.

Flash Sphere

   * Pre-requisite: Blades of Purity Lvl 5, Grace of Courage Lvl 1 (no longer Revenge of Light Lvl 5).

Heaven's Harmony

   * Changed to a Passive skill. When you learn Heaven's Melody, Heaven's Melody will become a Buff.
   * Can now only level this skill to 10 (down from 20).
   * Can now be learned every 3 levels rather than every 2.
   * SP cost now 100 for Level 1 and 10 for subsequent levels (rather than 35 SP per level). 

Fountain of Life

   * Skill now creates an aura that increases party members' Attack Speed, Movement Speed, and Hit Recovery.
   * Clear Cube consumption increased from 1 to 2.
   * The higher the target's Vitality, the more HP will recovered, and at a faster rate.
   * MP cost increased.
   * Number of uses increased.
   * Pre-requisite: Divine Invocation Lvl 5, Grace of Protection Lvl 8 (no longer Spiritual Sacrifice Lvl 5).

Healing Wind

   * Added an MP replenishment effect to other party members excluding the caster.
   * A barrier effect has been added.
   * The higher the target's Vitality, the more the HP will be replenished. The higher the target's Spirit, the more the MP will be replenished. The higher the combined total Vitality and Spirit, the more damage the barrier will block.
   * Number of allowed uses increases as skill level increases.
   * MP cost increased.
   * Pre-requisite: Fast Heal Lvl 10, Divine Invocation Lvl 5, Grace of Protection Lvl 10 (no longer Spiritual Sacrifice Lvl 5).

Crusader Plate Armor Mastery

   * Now increases Intelligence, Vitality, and Spirit.
   * There is now an effect that increases Maximum MP and MP replenishment rate.

New Crusader Skills Spear of Victory

   * Can be learned at Level 20.
   * Magical attack that pierces enemies with spears created by the power of divinity.

Hammer of Repentance

   * Can be learned at Level 40.
   * Magical attack that slams a large hammer created by the power of divinity. Enemies who are hit by the hammer have a chance to be "convert" and attack your enemies.

Righteous Judgment

   * Can be learned at Level 45.
   * Creates a sacred pentacle. Blades of Light repeatedly pierce enemies caught within the pentacle, and then an Angel of Justice appears and throws a spear, inflicting powerful damage. 

Grace of Courage

   * Can be learned at Level 18.
   * Passive skill that increases Strength and Intelligence.

Grace of Protection

   * Can be learned at Level 18.
   * Passive skill that raises Vitality and Spirit.

Crusader Awakening

   * Awakening Title: Paladin
         o Awakening Passive Skill: Aura of Conviction
               + Activates an aura that increases Strength, Vitality, Intelligence, and Spirit of the Priest's entire party. The closer a party member's HP is to 100%, the more effective the aura will be.
         o Awakening Active Skill: Apocalypse
                     # Lifts a Crystal of Light that emits power of divinity, which enhances the Stats of party members.
                     # The Crystal of Light turns into the Crystal of Darkness after a certain amount of time. The Crystal of Darkness then emits a strong light that causes great damage to enemies. 

[MONK REVISIONS]

Changes to the Monk's Existing Skills

   * As part of game balancing, casting speed will no longer increase as the character levels up.

Will Driver

   * Can now attack sooner after using Will Driver.

Exquisite Combo

   * Animation changed.

Sacred Counter

   * When activated, the Monk will receive less damage. 

Twister of Judgment

   * When Twister of Judgment hits an enemy during an attack, the enemy will be immobilized.
   * Pre-requisite: Ducking Uppercut Lvl 1, Second Uppercut Lvl 1 (no longer Ducking Uppercut Lvl 5, Second Uppercut Lvl 5).

Shadow Clone

   * Duration changed from 18 seconds to 20 seconds.
   * Pre-requisite: Ducking Dash Lvl 1, Sway Lvl 1, Machinegun Jab Lvl 1 (no longerDucking Straight Punch Lvl 1, Ducking Uppercut Lvl 1, Ducking Body Blow Lvl 1, and Chopping Hammer Lvl 1).

Monk Light Armor Mastery

   * Strength increased by a large margin.
   * Now also increases Vitality.

New Monk Skills Divine Crush

   * Can be learned at Level 18.
   * Monk slams the ground and delivers physical damage, and creates a Shockwave Attack. When used on enemies who are knocked down, the Attack Strength will increase.

Corkscrew Mastery

   * Can be learned at Level 18.
   * Passive skill that changes certain Divinity skills to hit multiple enemies. 

Combination Mastery

   * Can be learned at Level 18.
   * Passive skill that gives an additional hit to certain skills.

Battle Aura Mastery

   * Can be learned at Level 18.
   * Passive skill that increases the attack range of the Monk's basic hits and certain skills.

Hard Punch Mastery

   * Can be learned at Level 18.
   * Passive skill that grants certain skills the Super Armor effect for a short period of time, and increases the Critical rate when those skills are used. 

Technical Mastery

   * Can be learned at Level 18.
   * Passive skill that adds additional abilities to certain skills.

Sidewind

   * Can be learned at Level 20.
   * Physical attack skill that jabs and reaches mid-ranged enemies. 

Machinegun Jab

   * Can be learned at Level 30
   * Physical attack skill that delivers fast consecutive jabs to hit an enemy many times 

Heavenly Combo

   * Can be learned at Level 35.
   * Physical attack that gathers the enemies to the center then delivers a finishing blow.

Monk Awakening

   * Awakening Title: Templar
         o Awakening Passive Skill: Dry Out
               + Passive skill that allows you to cancel one Divinity skill with another Divinity skill.. 
         o Awakening Active Skill: Big Bang Punch
               + Gathers power to deliver 4 strong punches.
               + If you hit the attack button once at the right time, you can deliver a much stronger punch for each blow.

[EXORCIST REVISIONS]

Changes to the Exorcist's Existing Skills

   * As part of game balancing, casting speed will no longer increase as the character levels up. 

Basic Exorcist Attacks

   * Now attacks with Giant weapon rather than punches.

Lurking Dragon

   * SP cost decreased from 100 to 50.

Holy Amulet

   * Now hits 5 times rather than 2.
   * Attack Strength and Slow rate decreased to compensate for the additional hits.
   * The distance Holy Amulet is thrown now depends on how long the key is held down.

Passion Chakra

   * Bonus to Strength increased.

Frigid Chakra

   * Bonus to Intelligence increased.

Suppression Amulet

   * Amulet's HP increased. 

Crucifix Wind

   * Attack Strength decreased.
   * The time to charge Crucifix Wind decreased from 0.5 seconds to 0.3 seconds.
   * Crucifix Wind's range decreased when fully charged.
   * Crucifix Wind's attack duration decreased for when it is fully charged. However, the attack duration ias increased for when it is not charged.

White Tiger

   * HP increased. 

Black Tortoise

   * HP increased.
   * Duration decreased. Cooldown increased.
   * Replenishes more MP.

Chaos Hammer

   * Cooldown increased. 

Lightning Amulet

   * Amulet's HP increased. 

Spinning Cross

   * Cooldown increased.
   * When the Attack speed increases due to consecutive hits, the counter-stun duration will decrease for each hit.
   * Movement Speed decreased.
   * The final hit's attack range increased. 

Exorcist Cloth Armor Mastery

   * Increases Intelligence by more than the current Cloth Armor Mastery. 

Exorcist Heavy Armor Mastery

   * Now also increases Strength and Vitality.
   * Now also increases max HP.
   * Now also increases Physical Defense. 

Exorcist Plate Armor Mastery

   * Now also increases Strength and Vitality.
   * Now also increases max HP.
   * Now also increases Physical Defense. 

New Exorcist Skills Scythe Mastery

   * Can be learned at Level 18.
   * Passive skill.
   * Critical Rate increases when you use a scythe. Causes a Bleed effect on enemies when they are critically hit. 

Battle Axe Mastery

   * Can be learned at Level 18.
   * Passive Skill.
   * Increases Hit Rate, adds a chance for attacks to Immobolize enemies, and sometimes grants an extra attack when using Battle Axes. 

Gale Smash

   * Can be learned at Level 20.
   * Physical attack skill that charges while swinging a giant weapon. Chance to stun enemies on hit.

Atomic Smash

   * Can be learned at Level 45.
   * Physical attack skill. Brandishes a large weapon to gather all nearby enemies into a single area, then powerfully strikes down, dealing major damage.
   * Although it does not kick down with Super Armor, it does apply damage. 

Rising Emblem

   * Can be learned at Level 20.
   * Delivers magical damage to enemies within the circle and lifts them into the air. 

Piercing the Darkness

   * Can be learned at Level 25.
   * a Delivers magical damage by swinging an amulet of light.
   * You can charge the Piercing the Darkness to deliver more damage. 

Legion of Shikigami

   * Can be learned at Level 45.
   * Magical Attack that summons many Shikigamis who attack the enemy. At the end of the spell a Strong Shikigami is summoned and deals greater damage. 

Exorcist Awakening

   * Awakening Title: Hyperion
         o Awakening Passive Skill: Divergence
               + Passive skill that has a chance to grant Super Armor and increase your Strength. 
         o Awakening Active Skill: Blue Dragon Attack
               + Calls upon the aspect of the Blue Dragon, summoning it in the form of a giant weapon that smashes enemies.

[DUNGEON REVISIONS]

Dungeon Level Changes

   * Monster movement patterns revised to be less frustrating.
   * For the dungeons with level changes, the Monster HP has been revised to fit the relevant level.
   * For the dungeons with level changes, the APC's Vitality and Attack Rates have been adjusted.
   * Some of the dungeon maps have changed format and monster placement.

Dungeon Difficulty Revised for Lower-Levels

   * The Stats have decreased for the monsters in Elvenguard, Grand Flores, and Sky Tower.
   * The probability and damage for getting Abnormal Status in the lower level dungeons decreased.
   * Excluding Shadow Thunderland & Mirkwood Frost, the Grand Flores' dungeon maps formats have changed slightlly.
   * The Boss Monster's Vitality Regeneration has been removed.
   * Trap attack's delay and probability have been adjusted. 

Dragonoid Nest

   * Monster placement and Object placement changed.
   * Lakius's Attack Rate decreased. 

Golem Tower

   * Monster and Object placement changed.
   * Scholar Golem now has an animation before attacking.
   * Platoni now has a longer delay before dashing attacks.
   * Platoni no longer deflects ranged attacks.
   * Golem Souls will now self-destruct if you do not defeat them within 15 seconds. 

Vestibule of Shadows

   * The Axe Expeller's ranged Super Armor has been removed.
   * The attack logic of the Expellers has been revised.
   * The damage of the Heaven Expeller has decreased.
   * The Chandelier Switch of the Vestibule of Shadows has been revised so that the Vitality is fixed, which makes it easier to turn the light on but more difficult to turn the light off.

Dendroid Jungle

   * The fire that can appear when Lodin Glow is attacked is removed.

Silver Night

   * The chance of the gravity increasing when attacking the Behemoth's lump at has increased by a large margin. 

Chamber of Blood

   * Players will no longer be hit by the dripping Digestive Fluid in the Chamber of Blood in the Behemoth. 

Second Spine

   * Monster and Object placement for Second Spine revised.
   * Magney's damage decreased.

The Ridge

   * Beastmaster Luger and Shavante now have decreased Vitality. 

Ryku Point

   * Wacky Lim Lim has been removed from the boss room. 

Frostfield

   * Engelheim's Fire Wave Sword has an increased Cooldown.
   * Ice Ball Louie has a longer attack delay, and his Fire Attribute resistance has decreased.
   * Sasquatch's Blizzard damage and Fire Attribute have decreased.
   * Yeti's Movement Speed, Attack Speed, and Fire Attribute resistanve have decreased. 

Frozenheart

   * Boss Charlie has an increased longer pause before Dashing.

Bwanga's Camp

   * Bwanga has a longer activation time for Teleport. 

Ice Palace

   * Rossi the Ice Queen's attack pattern has changed. 

Skasa's Lair

   * Object and Monster Placement have changed.
   * Elite Male Toros Warrior's name changed to Gust Karta
         o Gust Karta's movemnt pattern revised.
   * Elite Female Toros Warrior's name changed to Northern Wind Nasura
         o Northern Wind Nasura's movement pattern revised.
   * Skasa's Lair's trap added.
   * Skasa's attack pattern revised.
   * Tarantula's attack pattern revised.
   * Ice Palace's Aquarius has an increased Vitality.

Scoria Core

   * Titan no longer uses the Debuff skill.
   * Goliath no longer summons Soul Eaters.

Odessa Streets

   * Odessa Streets' dungeon format and Object placement have changed.
   * Rocket Man's Attack rate, Defense, Movement Speed, and Attack Speed have decreased.
   * Rocket Man's Vitality has increased.
   * Ranger McGee's Attack rate, Movement Speed, and Attack Speed have increased.
   * Ranger McGee's Vitality increased.
   * Ranger McGee's Y-axis bullet logic decreased. 

Verderia

   * Michelle the Telekinetic's Movement Speed and Attack Speed have decreased.
   * Michelle the Telekinetic's Vitality increased.
   * Verderia's dungeon format and Object placement have changed. 

Moonlight Tavern

   * The Super Armor skill used by Samm Jang only occurs on King's Road (not Master's Road or higher).
   * Samm Jang's damage decreased. 

GBL Arad Branch

   * Movement patterns of the regular monsters have simplified.
   * Monster and Object's placement have changed.
   * Librarian's attack pattern revised.
   * GBL Colossus's attack pattern revised.
   * Isadora's attack pattern revised.
         o Isadora now summons a monster with a level higher than Isadora.
         o Isadora's Chaser damage decreased.

GBL Laboratory

   * Movement patterns of the regular monsters have simplified.
   * Monster and Object's placement have changed.
   * Ink He'etako's attack pattern revised.
   * Stickle's attack pattern revised.
   * Hydracle's attack pattern revised.
   * Frostbite Kyle's Ice Wave will detect the enemy.
   * Frostbite Kyle's Ice Flower will disappear over time. 

GBL Hatchery

   * Movement patterns of the regular monsters have been simplified.
   * Vangelis's attack pattern added.
   * He'etako Rider's Dashing Attack speed decreased.
   * He'etako Rider's Sound added.
   * Monster and Object's placement have changed.
   * Necromancer Deathword's attack pattern revised. 

Ancient Dungeons

   * Ancient Dungeons' difficulty increased.
   * Monsters' stats increased.

[RESTRUCTURED QUESTS]

Quest Levels Changes

   * Due to a few dungeon level changes, the quest levels have also changed.
   * For quests with big changes in levels that have an equipment item for the completion reward, the reward has been changed.
   * Quests that have been completed cannot be re-done, despite their level change.

Epic Quest Changes

   * All quests that provide SP/Stones are now Epic Quests. This does not pertain to quests related to PVP as well as Awakening quests.
   * The completion EXP for the Epic Quests and General Quests have been revised.
         o Epic Quests will now give more completion EXP, and General Quests will give less completion EXP. 
   * Epic Quests are no longer categorized by Episode Number; Epic Quest Lines are now categorized by level. 

Quest Difficulty Revisions

   * Quest requirements that are too repetitive will be reduced, or removed altogether.
   * The Victory Points required for all the characters to Awakening have been reduced to 500 points (from 700).
   * As the structuring of some of the dungeons of Grand Flores has changed, some of the Quest requirements have been reduced. 

New Quests

   * A Repeatable Quest was added to the Mt. Thunderime region.
   * A new Epic Quest was added.
   * The Priest Awakening Quests have been added. 

Other Changes to the Quest System

   * When a General quest is part of a chain, completing one will automatically start the next (same functionality as Epic quests). You no longer have to walk to the quest giver to accept the quest.
   * The EXP/Gold bonus was removed for the particular-level section quests.
   * Quest dialogues were added to some of the dungeons.
   * The Quest scroll over a quest giver's head will not be seen when the NPC does not have a Quest that fits your current level.
   * The issue of the Quest "mark" appearing at the bottom of the screen (even after the quest has been accepted) has been fixed..
   * For quests that change the format of the dungeons, you can no longer abandon the quest while progressing through the dungeon or after you have completed the quest.
   * For the following quests, EXP/Gold rewards were given based on the levels of the characters, regardless of the quest levels. (Also, the quest titles are always marked in yellow.)
         o Quests related to the dungeons that have a level change.
         o Epic/General/Repeatable Quests related to Tower of the Dead and Tower of Illusion.
         o Quests that are difficult to perform with the relevant level because of the high level of difficulty (Usually Ancient Dungeon quests).
         o Epic/General/Repeatable Quests in King's Relic and Vilmark- Area 50.
         o PVP-related quests.
         o Albert's Terms (Steal the skill) Quests.
         o Creature-related quests.

[MAGE REVISIONS]

Common

   * The basic counter-stun has decreased by about 20% for Spear, Pole, Staff, and Broomstick.

Dragon Fang

   * Y-axis range has increased by 40%.
   * Z-axis range has increased by 70% 

Palm Blast

   * Y-axis range has increased by 10%.
   * Z-axis range has increased by 20% 

Hired Summon: Panzer Hodor

   * Attack Strength will be indicated within the skill information, and the balancing has changed.
   * Monster skill level increased by 1 per level of the skill.
         o Ex. Level 1 of the skill used to summon a Lvl. 5 Panzer Hodor. Now, a Lvl 1. summons a Lvl 6 Panzer Hodor.
   * Power Smasher Stun level increased by 1.

Summoner Revisions Common

   * Summoned monsters can attack the enemies who are either in the air or knocked down.
   * MP consumption and casting time for summoned monsters has decreased in the Tower of the Dead.

New Skills

Summon Monster Purification

   * Cures negative Abnormal Statuses on nearby summoned monsters and uses that energy to replenish MP and increase Casting speed.

Existing Skills

Hired Summon : Freet

   * Attack Strength will be marked within the skill information, and the balancing has changed.
   * Monster skill level increased by 1 per level of the skill.

Spirit Summon: Ador

   * Attack Strength will be marked within the skill information, and the balancing has changed.
   * Monster skill level increased by 1 per level of the skill.

Spirit Summon: Naias

   * Attack Strength will be marked within the skill information, and the balancing has changed.
   * Monster skill level increased by 1 per level of the skill.

Spirit Summon: Stalker

   * Attack Strength will be marked within the skill information, and the balancing has changed.
   * Monster skill level increased by 1 per level of the skill.

Spirit Summon: Wisp

   * Attack Strength will be marked within the skill information, and the balancing has changed.
   * Monster skill level increased by 1 per level of the skill.

Hired Summon: Black Knight

   * Attack Strength will be marked within the skill information, and the balancing has changed.

Battle Mage Revisions Pole Master's Expertise

   * (1st hit) : The Y-axis range has increased by 30%, Z-axis range has increased by 70%.
   * (2nd hit) : The X-axis range has increased by 10%, Y-axis range has increased by 13%, the counter-stun has decreased by half.
   * (3rd hit) : The initial delay decreased by 15%, and the Attack Strength has increased by 7%.

Stabbing Wheel

Ancient Library

   * After use, Intelligence will now increase for a fixed period.
   * When the Witch uses it on another character, Intelligence will increase for both the effected character and the Witch.
   * The MP Replenish amount has increased for level 1, but has decreased by a small margin for all other levels.

Cheeky Doll Shururu

   * The decrease in duration and Cooldown will now allow you to use it more often.
   * The Cooldown has decreased to 20 seconds
   * The duration has decreased to 10 seconds.
   * Magic Defense decreased, but the value will increase more as the skill level is increased.
   * The duration has increased in PVP

Disenchant

   * Disenchant's range has increased.
   * Buffs received equal to the amounts of buffs removed from the enemy. Whenever you remove 1, the Strength and Intelligence will increase.
   * The enemies who are hit by Disenchant will now have a basic decrease in Attack Speed, Movement Speed, and Casting speed.

Witch's Leather Armor Mastery

   * Casting speed has increased by 30%.
   * Intelligence increase value starting from level 1 with 30 Intelligence will now increase by 1.5 for each level up.

Befriend Florae

   * The Broomstick Spin's Electrocution Attack Strength has increased.

Befriend Jack Frost

   * Acid Cloud's duration increases less per level.
   * Mega Drill's HP increases more per level.
   * Mega Drill's duration increases less per level.

Befriend Jack-O'-Lantern

   * Jackyl's duration increase value has decreased. However, it has increased for PVP.
   * Lava Area Potion's duration increases less per level.
   * Raging Flame Furnace's duration increases less per level.

Black Manteau

   * The level for Blinding Abnormal Status has increased.
   * It will now be activated more quickly when the skill levels up. The after-delay will also decrease.
   * It has been changed to Magic Weapon Attack Strength% + Magic Attack Strength
   * Attack Strength has increased.

Snow Dust

   * Attack Strength increase value has been changed to increase as the level increases.

Death Dust

   * As the level increases, the increase value for Attack Strength and Poison damage will increase.

Enhanced Magic Missile

         o Failure Rate : 20%, Success Rate : 60%, Critical Rate : 20%
   * Attack Strength has increased for Successful attempts.
   * There were changes so that you can still get up to 4 hits even when you Fail.

Jackyl

   * Can cause an explosion if you hit the Cheeky Doll Shururu's skill button.
   * You can now Taunt the following monsters when the Jackyl skill reaches the appropriate level: Champion Monster at a minium skill level of 5; a Named Monster at a minimum skill level of 10; a Boss, Hell Monster, and a Human Armor Monster at a minimum skill level of 15.
   * The Attack Strength has decreased by a small margin since you can use it more often.
   * The explosion range has decreased for Success, but has increased for Criticals.

Devolution Flyswatter

Functions Added Tower of Death

   * A Pause function has been added; you can only pause when all monsters on the floor are dead.
   * The initial cooldown time has been removed for Clear Cube skills.
   * Clear Cubes and Replenish items drop according to the number of members in your party.
   * The HP/MP recovery amount for each floor has been revised to recover by a fixed amount.
   * You can now use the Hotkey Settings for the Pause function of the Tower of the Dead.
   * You can now set Hotkeys for the movie clip capture function. The basic Hotkey is 'pause.'

Channel Selection Screen Revision

   * The Channel screen has been restructured.
   * The server selection menu has been given a separate window.
   * When you first connect, a server selection screen appears. Once you have selected a server, you will go directly to the channel screen on subsequent logins.
   * The number of channels in a single screen has increased.
   * A server change button has been added to the bottom left of the screen.
   * It will now be easier than before to connect to a desired server, even when the server is overloaded.
   * You can see the dungeons that give EXP bonuses when you move your cursor over the channel slots.

Improvements to the Convenience of the Auction Hall Search

   * The sorting standards has changed from the current bidding price to the immediate purchase price.
   * When you search for Consumables, items will be sorted by the immediate purchase price and the price per item
   * An options window, where you can customize the sorting preferences of items, has been added.. This window can be opened by clicking the hammer-shaped button on the price sorting tab.
   * A Hotkey that allows you to open the previous or next page has been added.
   * The price per item can be seen when you mouse-over the Consumables slot.
   * The Auction Hall's window size has been increased.
   * You can review the item price in a pop-up window when you attempt to bid or immediately purchase an item.
   * A warning window will now appear when you attempt to purchase an item with a price that is more than double the average amount.

The Addition of a Beginner's Tutorial

   * A tutorial for beginners has been added, and you will receive completion awards for completing certain tutorials.

Minimap Function Added

   * You can see the location and other important information (such as quests and relevant NPCs) within the Minimap
   * An NPC search function has been added by the top of the Minimap

Addition of Guild Members Memo Space

   * A memo where guild members can add their introductions has been added to the guild window.
   * A memo written by a guild member (either logged in or off) can be seen by all guild members.
   * In order to write a memo, you must click the character in the guild window, and then write your memo inside the pop-up window.

Addition of a Block List Effect

   * You will not be able to send a package to a character who is on your Block list.

Option Function Added

   * A Space Distortion Effect settings function has been added.

Addition of Saving Options

   * The following functions will be added and saved to the servers, and the same settings will be maintained when you connect from a different PC:
         o "View all Quests" option
         o "Recently Entered Channel" option
         o "Window Mode" option
         o "Vertical Synchronization" option
         o The movieclip capture format option
         o "Space Distortion" option 

Changes Changes to item Cooldown

   * As the hit effect will now also activate when hit by an object shot by a character, the activation requirement's Cooldown has been changed to fit the balance.

Changes to the Accuracy Rate application method

   * The accuracy rate increase for equipment or skills will also be applied to ranged attacks. 

Changes to Buff Items

   * When you use a Consumable while under the effects of another Consumable Buff with identical functions, you will only have the effect of the higher one.
         o ex) When you have an increase of STR +45 due to the effect of the Ordinary Strength Potion, and you consume the Low Grade Strength Potion which gives STR +30, you will only receive the benefits of the Ordinary Strength Potion. 
   * As for Consumables with other functions, multiple effects of the Consumables will be applied, unless explained otherwise.

Repair Fee Balancing

   * The repair fee consumption for the Monk, Ranger, Blade Master, Berserker, Striker, and Battle Mage has decreased.
   * The repair fee consumption for the Launcher, Summoner, Soul Bender, Crusader, Mechanic, Nen Master, and Grappler has increased by a small margin.

Other Changes

   * You can establish a new Guild 3 days after you have dropped out of a guild. (Identical to the Guild registration penalty).
   * You can no longer join a dungeon party while in the waiting room of the Arena channels.
   * When the character dies after summoning a chair with the "Michelle's Oath" necklace, the chair will now disappear.
