Plate Armor is a class of armor that boasts very high defense while slowing down the user immensely. Classes that can wear and master this armor with proficiency are typically hard to kill, and very survivable.

Asuras, Exorcists and Crusaders have unique Plate Armor masteries, and are the only classes which can wear plate armors without taking a massive penalty to Attack Speed, Casting Speed, and MP Recovery.

Plate Armor Mastery

Asura Plate Armor Mastery

Increases Intelligence, Spirit, MP Recovery Speed, Max MP, Max HP, and Casting Speed while wearing Plate Armor. The penalties for MP Recovery Speed, Casting Speed and Attack Speed disappear entirely.

Exorcist Plate Armor Mastery

Increases Strength, Vitality, Spirit, Max HP, Max MP, MP Recovery Speed, and Physical Defense while removing penalties to Attack Speed while wearing Plate Armor. The penalties for MP Recovery and Casting Speed disappear entirely.

Crusader Plate Armor Mastery

Increases Intelligence, Strength, Spirit, Vitality, Max Hp, Max MP and Mana Regeneration. Reduces penalties to Attack speed. The penalty for Casting Speed disappears entirely.
