Armor

- Armor is comprised of 5 equipment slots
- the Head/Shoulder
- Top
- Bottom
- Shoes
- Belt slots.
- There are five types of armor
- Upgrading armor will give Physical Damage Bonus Reduction.
- Please refer to Enhancing for success rates and failure penalties.
- Although all classes can wear all armor, they will gain bonuses depending on their armor masteries. See Armor Masteries for more information.

Class Armor Masteries
Though you can use any piece of armor you like, each character class has an armor type most suited to them. Using a piece of armor without the appropriate mastery will result in negative penalties being applied.
- Cloth Armor Mastery - Mage
- Leather Armor Mastery- Gunner
- Light Armor Mastery- Fighter
- Heavy Armor Mastery- Slayer & Priest
- Plate Armor Mastery is reserved for the advanced classes Asura and Crusader
Subclass Armor Masteries
Advanced classes will gain a new armor mastery in many cases, in addition to keeping their old armor masteries. Masteries prefixed with another word may have different benefits than the original mastery. Example: "X Heavy Armor Mastery" may be different than "Y Heavy Armor Mastery" and just "Heavy Armor Mastery"
Slayers:
- Blade Master: Light Armor Mastery & Heavy Armor Mastery
- Berserker: Forceful Heavy Armor Mastery & Heavy Armor Mastery
- Asura: Wave Plate Armor Mastery & Heavy Armor Mastery
- Soul Bender: Cloth Armor Mastery & Heavy Armor Mastery
Fighters:
- Nen Master: Nen Master's Cloth Armor Mastery & Light Armor Mastery
- Striker: Mighty Light Armor Mastery & Light Armor Mastery
- Brawler: Detestable Heavy Armor Mastery & Light Armor Mastery
- Grappler: Iron-Willed Light Armor Mastery & Light Armor Mastery
Mages:
- Witch: Witch Leather Armor Mastery & Cloth Armor Mastery
- Summoner: Cloth Armor Mastery
- Elementalist: Cloth Armor Mastery
- Battle Mage: Warlord's Leather Armor Mastery & Cloth Armor Mastery
Gunners:
- Ranger: Marksman's Leather Armor Mastery & Leather Armor Mastery
- Launcher:Launcher's Heavy Armor Mastery & Leather Armor Mastery
- Mechanic: Mechanic's Cloth Armor Mastery & Leather Armor Mastery
- Spitfire: Combatant's Leather Armor Mastery & Leather Armor Mastery
Priests:
- Exorcist: Exorcist's Heavy Armor Mastery & Cloth Armor Mastery & Heavy Armor Mastery
- Monk: Monk's Light Armor Mastery & Heavy Armor Mastery
- Crusader: Divine Plate Armor Mastery & Heavy Armor Mastery
