The blood of stronger people…
These swordswomen must make a signed contract to be able to use the Serpent Sword for battle.
This Serpent Sword, named Phnom, is transformed to make the blade 10 times longer, and will dance around like a whip.
It is an unknown secret as to how 'Phnom' is able to combine itself. Phnom, the creation of the blade, forms together with the devil warrior Daimus, the hilt of the sword, and Kelkus who aids in creating the Serpent Sword.
Daimus is a devil body, composed of powerful energy. In Daimus' lifetime he was a very powerful swordsman, thus the user who desires Daimus' power must meet very "high requirements" . Only the accepted and sanctioned users may summon Daimus, and as they sign their contract they receive Phnom and Kelkus thus bringing the Serpent Sword to fruition.
The main body of the sword, Phnom, lived in the Southern Bronx, and held very strong magical powers. (He was also known as the very first to obtain magical powers in the Southern Bronx.) Phnom had a serpentine body and could stretch his body freely. Although he had this power, he was dependent on Kelkus, a subordinate magic demon, to make his body even more powerful.
Only 3 demons who had tacit understanding of each other, were able to compose their infinite power through the Great Sword, with Phnom being the blade of the Serpent Sword.
Daimus, Phnom, and Kelkus. Three extremely warlike demons. If ever you want to lease your soul to these demons, know that a contract with these demons is not a light affair. Only those with the strongest of wills can maintain such a contract for long, because the slightest mistake may result in a grave bite from the Serpent Sword.
The Demon Slayer are knights who use a long demon blade for battle. This demon blade is made with the spirit of three demons – Daimus, Phnom, and Kelkus. Sword Demon Daimus is a demon made of pure energy who is said to have been a powerful swordsman in the past. Demon slayers make a contract with Daimus to receive the power to wield the demon blade. Phnom is a snake demon who is responsible for making the sword curve like a whip. These demons that the Demon Slayers summon are usually hostile, so the Demon Slayers must have great willpower or they will be taken over by the demons.

Awakening as a Demonbane
"You're the swordsman Daimus?"
This hot desert, this front-sharp voice from behind me was as sharp as an arrow. His voice was so powerful, it was as if the earth began to tremor.
I stopped walking forward, whirling around to behold a truly murderous look that enveloped my being. Between the breath of moments, I subconsciously put my hand towards the Phnom Sword, stopping him.
"Haha, you have good, sharp eyes! You really are a worthy rival of a swordsman." His laughter never touched his eyes; in those blood-red eyes was a strong desire to kill, a general desire to penetrate my soul.
His body was all covered in wounds - he bore them as if they were medals - and he had a horror-like, ghost smile. However, it was then that I understood...I knew he was truly the best of the best. His bloody-edged blade reminded me of the 4th Apostle, 'Kasijas the Conqueror'.
And then the legendary figure vanished in front of me.
Suddenly, I could feel the breath of an unprecedented tyranny overwhelming me.
Phnom seemed to shake in my hands...no...no...this wasn't Phnom shaking...it was I that shook. Does my steady arm actually tremble, now before the fight begins? Is it fear, excitement, or both that has so unnerved me?
No! I have to calm down! I'm the most powerful swordsman! Has this always been my wish?
"Oh, I'm so honored. I did not expect you, Kasijas, to actually visit such a little guy like me." I was unafraid, the reputation of the 4th Apostle did not frighten me. In fact, I'm still thinking of new tactics to test against him, and now that you have come I wonder...am I strong enough? Then, I suppressed my fear and roared as I pulled out the Phnom Sword.
If we can battle this madman Kasijas, even death is worthy!
"Oh, is that your sword? I did not expect a living sword. Oh, it seems a little mean...that I will not be fighting only one, right..." Then, Kasijas smiled as he unsheathed two swords from his around his waist. His face looked as if it was frozen, held perpetually in that murderous grin. The air around us even seemed to be frozen...
Indeed, before me stood the strongest swordsman; the power and influence those blades had earned him spoke volumes in the icy silence.
However, I had honed my skills in the desert for so long, for too long. I did not waste any time; the still air, the cold silence, both shattered as I danced death.
Let this battle test the results of my practice!
Phnom, let us together, challenge the most powerful, together!
The Demon Slayer must first reach level 50.
Awakening as a Deicide
The body and the mind are one, so they say. But without a body, even the greatest soul can be lost and corrupted.
Daimus wandered for ages after his defeat at the hands of the Conqueror Kasijas.
Wandering and wandering, Daimus' soul slowly became tainted like the demons trapped inside Phnom.
He was once a prideful man, graciously accepting his defeat against Kasijas and honoring the fact that he has fought an Apostle.
However, he is now nothing but a greedy demon with a bloody thirst for vengeance. It might be the fact that he has been corrupted by the demons, but to see a man let go of all his principles during his lifetime reminds me of these three words: "Life is meaningless."
Daimus suddenly came up to me and gave me a deal that would forever change me. "If you wish to keep walking the road of bloodbath... I can make your strengths even greater..." said Daimus.
"What do you mean?"
"I expected you to be just another soul to be absorbed into Phnom... However I was mistaken... It seems like things are going to become much more fun with you around, so I shall make you stronger than before..." replied Daimus.
His low echoing voice would bring chills down anyone’s spine. However, I was on the verge of laughing. Not because I thought it was funny, but because it irritates me to no end.
"Fun you say? Stronger than before...?" I replied back in a condescending voice. "For a ball of useless energy, you sure have the nerve to mock me."
Feeling threatened, the demons inside Daimus came to his aid, growling and cursing at me. They can't keep quiet despite being dead. I guess the saying that the weak are usually the loudest is true with these losers.
"I don't know how strong you are but do try your absolute best, Daimus because I am especially harsh on others. So don't go slacking on me now or I will be punishing you extra hard."
"Funny... for a mere Human." replied Daimus mockingly.
"You do know, that every bastard that has said that to me has ended up meeting their ultimate demise.
The growling of the demons became even louder. I wonder if giving them a good slice would shut them up. I was contemplating on it when Damius decided to open his mouth again.
In the right hands... this power can even reach the gods...
I sighed deeply.
"Not enough. You can't even compare it to a grain of sand. Reach the gods? What I want is to bring them down!
Daimus did not answer. However I knew that his thoughts were conflicted because he was mad at me for being cocky and yet satisfied at my answer at the same time. Would he become enraged and try to kill me or spare me? I guess he hasn't decided yet. He is definitely hesitating. Of course, it vexes me that he gets to decide my fate in some way but his powers could prove to be useful.
"Enough of this, If you are scared to face the gods how about you end your afterlife as well? Talkative companions aren't my thing, and weaklings disgust me even more. If you aren't ready just go away already."
"Foolish and cocky... that's all I can say... Alright. Let's see how far you can go... But remember, I will be the one taking your life if you can't kill the gods ..."
I see dust rising ahead. I see quite a lot of enemies coming my way. I got up, shook the dust off my body and drew my sword. This sword has slain a countless number of my enemies. It holds a curse greater than the resentment of the fallen. This curse will be the end of me someday. It feels like a blade is always at my back even when I am resting, but without something like this, my life would be way too boring.
"Alright. Let's go and see how useful this power of yours is. If you disappoint me you are going straight to the monastery and I'll have you exorcised. So do try your best, Daimus" I said with an evil smile.
