EXP Inaccuracy

I don't believe that the Reward EXP for the following event quests are accurate. I believe that EXP is actually based off a percentage given your level. I've gotten ~46847 exp from the "Please...help..!" quest and much more for the CEO quest on my Lv. 63 character. --Altair (talk) 09:07, 4 April 2015 (PDT)

I thought that the higher lvl you are, the less rewards you get for completing low lvled quests...--Dfoplayer (talk) 16:29, 4 April 2015 (PDT)
I believe that Event Quests fall outside of that restriction. They don't necessarily have a level restriction due having access to all levels. I remember in the old DFOG Beta and Live, and Alpha, it followed a similar trend. For example, the "Greetings from the CEO" quest I've been getting different reward EXP on all my different level characters. The amount of exp is as follows with the character level: Lv 17: 28606, Lv 20: 29394, Lv 21: 31786, Lv 50: 41289, Lv 64: 59059. As seen, the EXP growth per level is not a constant rate; so it must be increasing exponentially depending on your level. I think I may have been wrong stating a percentage of your EXP of your given level since 28606 exp at Lv 17 would give around ~12% exp while 59059 exp at Lv 64 would give 0.004% exp. --Altair (talk) 16:57, 4 April 2015 (PDT)
Oh I see. We can't really say a definite EXP reward for these kinds of things. That, or we find a formula. --Dfoplayer (talk) 21:50, 4 April 2015 (PDT)
Exactly, but finding a formula requires a lot of data from varying levels. The only problem for the current event quests is that it is very difficult to find the base EXP and exponential growth rate since it is impossible to do any of the quests at Lvl 1. The CEO quest requires you to unlock Underfoot which only gets unlocked around Lv 16+. The Bug and Inventory quest have to be done at Lv 2 since you level up in the Introduction. I have no idea if they let you skip the Intro anymore... Even after using exponential and logarithmic equations, the EXP growth rate is an estimate, at best, since we have no idea when or if they decided to ceiling/floor numbers. Also, we have no idea if they decided to have an asymptotic upper/lower bound on the EXP for higher/lower levels. --Altair (talk) 23:42, 4 April 2015 (PDT)
