I've added a template for Converters now. See Template:Conversion or Magic-sealed Equipment Halidom Converter (Lv. 15).
As for Halidom pages, you don't need to note that they can be obtained Untradable using converters. We're only putting up the version of the item on the wiki that's in the DFOpedia.
