Description

Plants explosive poison in an enemy.  Explosive Poison causes a time-delayed explosion that Poisons the target and spreads the Poisoning effect to surrounding enemies. Enemies that were previously targeted by  Explosive Poison become immune to the spreading Poison.  Explosive Poison, while planted, decreases Movement/Attack Speeds.
