Description
Keraha had originally followed her older sister, Flaming Binoche, to Grand Flores because she wanted to hone her magic skills. It's rumored that she was responsible for the frozen corpses that were recently found inside the forest. Unfortunately, no one's ever been able to uncover the truth as to whether Flaming Binoche was really responsible for the deaths or not.
