History

A Tartan in disguise, Annihilator Nerbe is one of Luke's underlings created from pure Black Nightmare. He infiltrated Anton to guard him and prevent the prophecy of Luke's death from happening, but his true goal was to absorb Anton's black smoke with something he wore called the Light Force Ring which was sealed at a time in order to keep Nerbe’s true nature under disguise. After Anton's death, Luke brought Nerbe’s body back to Castle of the Dead, modified it, revived him and unleashed the ring's seal.

Move List

  • Space of Darkness: Nerbe teleports in the center of the room saying "You can't get away from me." and "This... Is... my... realm..." he'll emit black smoke and casts a purple Nen Guard.png Nen Guard and moves around after being activated. All players must stay in the bubble for at least 10 seconds and land a number of hits on Nerbe to make him groggy to counter damage. Exiting the bubble or failing to attack before it goes down will result in him casting Bondage of Darkness.

Berserk

  • Dark Cores: If his berserk gauge fills up due to holds, Nerbe will push back players and summon four cores in each corner of the room protected by a shield and can produce small red orbs that float over to heal his HP. All players must get in close range to destroy the cores before the casting gauge fills up, otherwise he'll use his second berserk.
  • Bondage of Darkness: If certain patterns fail to succeed during the fight, Nerbe will yell "Confine them in Darkness!" with lightning bolts dropping throughout the room and the party members are held with a casting gauge on top of their heads. When the gauge is full, players will lose 80% of their HP. If a player has less than 80% HP, they die instantly. The casting time is very long so use potions to restore HP after the move ends.

Strategy

    • Destroy the Death Orb.
    • Attack him while Space of Darkness is up.
    • Break the Dark Cores.
