There are many things, I want. Shiny, sparkling things. Smooth, soft things. Things that are cold and sharp, but very hard. Anything, I want to have it. But everyone, they say no. Why? Why? Why can't I have them? If stolen and taken, it's Tagor's. Because Tagor likes it, it's Tagor's. Something wrong, I don't understand. But Tagor knows one thing. No means, to kill? Then Tagor, will kill first. Because I don't want to die, I'll kill first. Whatever left after killing is all Tagor's.

Silver Light Tagor is the Leader of Kashipa's Junior Looting Unit Skullbird who maintains the appearance of a harmless woman while hiding her lust for power.

History

Not much is known about Silver Light Tagor or how this mysterious woman became part of the Kashipa. Dressed in Gothic Lolita, carrying an umbrella and speaking in third person, She and Thalia are sent out to Dark City ordered by Soul Keeper Mondegreen to kill any slaves that are hiding there. She first encounters the Adventurer who travels through the city after freeing slaves in Total Eclipse. She shows no interest in capturing them and Thalia ends up fighting only to be defeated and reports back to Mondegreen. Tagor speaks to the adventurer mentioning them fighting Gragol and asks what are they doing here in Harlem only to be asked the same question that involves the slaves.

Tagor admits to killing those runaway slaves only referring to them as "garbage" because of Mondegreen's orders, but she has no interest in it and instead glad to meet the adventurer since they entered Harlem and doesn't consider them an enemy. The conversation is cut short as she resumes her job cleaning up the garbage. While the adventurer continues their journey through Dark City now engulfed in flames, they come across Tagor again and said that she killed Thalia so that Mondegreen won't get reports anymore.

After speaking to her angered superior about not finding the adventurer who was actually hiding behind a pile of bones during their conversation, Tagor asks for more time and doesn't understand why they would come to Harlem and save the slaves from Kashipa's grasp. While she won't stop them, Tagor asks the adventurer to pretend they didn't see each other and leaves.

Sometime after Mondegreen's defeat, Tagor approaches the adventurer once more now being accompanied by Pai who is currently investigating the flame that dropped onto Harlem from the sky, suggesting that the two should join forces as Tagor reveals her true intentions by wanting the Royal Casino for herself, but Trauma Yom who owns it is harassing her and she needs help in return, waiting at District 9 for their decision.

While the adventurer's inside the District, they are assisted by the Valdeses, Sabertooth brothers who are Yom's messengers to ask for Tagor's help in creating a ward using terranite and magic to trap Demon Sworder Chermak who hunts down the adventurer. The trio do eventually come across Tagor as she transforms into her Pugnator form to battle and loses. Along with Healer Soniar's help, the ward is finished and Tagor asks the adventurer to be bait towards Chermak until he's eventually capture.

Tagor is not seen again after the adventurer makes their way through the Casino, until she is mentioned by Yom and Soniar through a conversation they overhear that the two have killed her most likely due to infighting over the flame which turns out to be Isys-Freye's egg. Arthur of the Guardians also brings up Tagor hearing that she died knowing the flame's identity.
