Does this boost the natural bleeding time of Frenzy by the listed amount? The wording of this skill seems slightly unclear since it's effect is simply listed as +3 seconds, and has no bleed level or bleed chance of it's own.
If it does have a seperate bleeding chance, is there any way to ascertain this, and if so, collect the data? ~Kasyr, Obviously
