Wisp is the lesser Light Elemental spirit.

Move List
- Shoots a short beam of light with a spear's range which can inflict
Shock (Status) and 
Stun (Status). - When dealt damage, may teleport behind the player who damaged it.
- Can copy other Light-based attacks, such as
Nen Shot, and use it against players. Be careful when using Light-elemental attacks against them.
Strategy
- Do not corner them. Since they don't get knocked back/lifted, they have a very fast recovery/retaliation rate.
- Since they float, they do not receive damage from ground based AoE attacks.
