Description
Gangling Lotus is the boss of Second Spine. It's the source of the mysterious tentacles that have been harassing you since First Spine. The eighth strongest Apostle, Gangling Lotus is powerful enough to bring calamity effortlessly to Behemoth, using simply the power of his finely tuned mind. However, it is the task of the Dungeon Fighters to save the temple from this insidious mentalist, who transforms all that fall to his superior brain into He'etakos.
Strategy
- Your immediate priority upon entering the boss room should be to break one (ONE) row of vases to create a safe lane. Otherwise Lotus will trigger all the vases simultaneously himself, causing massive damage to yourself and your party.
- His attacks are heavily foreshadowed. He will raise a tentacle about five seconds before whipping it forward, and retreat into his hiding place before dropping rocks or tentacles.
- As a stationary boss, no grabs or lift attacks will have any effect.
