Summons Saya to inflict water element magical damage and freeze opponents within the area.

Essential skill with good damage, large area coverage, plus freezing effect.
Deals maximum of 11 hits as each hit is inflicted on target every second.
Be cautious of distance, since a half second casting time can be enough for opponent to interrupt.
Should the multiple Sayas are summoned, each of them deals respective damage accordingly.
Casting Kazan or Bremen increases the damage and the chance of freezing.
