Description

With information from the Iron Scale Pirates, the Empyrean army was able to find a way to breach into Kartel Territory. The small city known as Heiz is located in the western area of the Lawless District. The Kartel use this small city as a strategic forest due to the fog that hides valuable parts of it and makes an assault against it very difficult. Every train towards this area must stop in Heiz before going further into the Lawless District. There have been rumors that Princess Erje has been taken through here and the Adventurers are sent out to confirm if this is true...
