You can defeat that Apostle only if you are able to defend yourself against his mental powers. Oh! You can use a device called a Hyper Jammer to do that. Only an Empyrean citizen like Lady Kiri would know how to build that device. Would you please bring these books to her, and ask her to make a Hyper Jammer for you?
