• Season 2, Act III: The Gathering Storm: The Tower of Despair will be added.
• Certain character skills will be revamped.
• The Avenger subclass for Priest has been announced for act IV.
• A new area called "Suju" has been announced for act IV.
• Scheduled Patch is Aug 1st.

• New Safe Ranks, Inventory Expansion Tickets, and Avatar Bags are back!!: During the event period, there will be a new item in the lost treasure called "inventory expansion tickets." They will expand all tabs of your inventory. They can only be used twice per character.
• Two new safe upgrades have been added in the item shop.
• Avatar bags are back during the period. They will produce one random avatar once used. At the moment, these bags do not carry M. Mage avatars.
• Emblem week returns for two weeks.

• Enjoy Non-Stop Action of Everlasting Events!: Spoils of War is back. For the next two weeks, clear the first 10 recommanded dungeon for rewards. Some rewards are hp and mp potions, life tokens, and skeleton key fragments.
• Bank of DFO: Buy a Bankbook from Streadolfitz and complete his quests to receive the interest box and a free weapon pot. The Interest box can be opened once a day for ten days.
  • Collect VIP tokens and trade them in to Streadolfitz for rare weapon pots!
• BP Burning: During the next two weekends, burn bp during 3-5pm PDT and get some major boosts! Once you burn atleast 73 bp, EXP will go up by 150%, all stats will go up 150, cooldowns will decrease by 15% and certain skills will go up 1 lvl.

• Season 2 Act 2: Masters of the Abyss: This Act will allow Elemental Bombers and Glacial Masters awaken at lv50. Scheduled patch is July 18th.

• Item Shop Discount & Fallen Guardian Packages!: Fallen Guardian Packages Avatars are on sale for SIX weeks.
  • For the first time in DFO history, ALL items in the item shop have been discounted.
• Revolution Events!: On Saturday, the 30th and again on July 7th, stay signed on for a chance to win up to 200 milion gold and rare weapons.
  • After hot time ends, there will be 2x exp event on June 30th and after hot time on July 7th, there will be 3x exp and gold goblin!

• Season 2 Act 1, Revolution: Once Revolution is implemented, all sorts of changes will be made. Multiple inferfaces, such as quests and items, will be updated. New dungeons will be added and various skills will be updated.
• Stay tuned on June 27th to watch the excitement unfold!
• And of course, DFO's new class will be added during this time, the Male Mage.

• Countdown to DFO revolution!: Burn 50 blitz points, head over to the web event page, and redeem your prizes. The prizes change everyday, so be sure to check back often.
• You can only send the selected prize to one character.

• Huge Item Shop Discount Sale!: Everything in the item shop will be on sale for the next three weeks.
• Instead of 7 day contracts, DFO will be offering 30 day contracts at a reduced price.
• Emblem week returns for two weeks.

• Happy 2nd Birthday, DFO!: Collect cake supplies dropped from monsters and complete Seria's quests. Eventually, after decorating the cake, Seria will give you your very own birthday avatar!
• Male Mage title: Collect Male Mage vestiges from monsters. Turn them into to Sharan. After the DFO Revolution, the title will automatically be upgraded to Male Mage Plus.

• DFO Revolution Part 3: Male Mage class will be implemented during the DFO revolution update, coming on June 27th!

5/30/2012

• DFO Revolution Part 2: Four new dungeons will be implemented during the next patch.
• A title system will be added, so you can figure out how to get the ones you haven't collected.
• "Starting with the DFO Revolution, you'll get points for completing Epic quests. Spend those points in the new Quest Shop to purchase permanent stat boosts!"
• A new type of items will be implemented, magic-sealed items. These items contain several rare goodies.
• Come back on June 6th to learn the 3rd part of DFO Revolution!

• DFO Surprise Party: Log on every Tuesday for a Soiree Gift, on the first character you select. The gift contains several prizes, such as life tokens, contracts, and bind cubes.
• Secret costume Festival: Collect costume scraps from dungeons. Accept Seria's quest and either talk to Sharan or Grandis to contine the quest. Rewards are as secret as the secret costume.
• Random Reinforcement Tickets: These tickets will upgrade your selected equipment's level by 6~13.
  • One way is to buy them at the item shop and another is through Premium Lost Treasure.
• Diabolic Cache: For two weeks, the Diabolic Cache will be on sale in the item shop. The Cache will randomly generate items necessary for Hell Mode, such as life tokens and Demon scrolls.

• DFO Revolution: DFO plans to upgrade Arad to become better and bigger. Such new features include bigger resolution, improved maps and towns, and improved user interface, like the skills purchase window.
• Come back on May 30th to learn more!

• Metamorphosis Event Returns!: Collect cryptid elements and turn them into to Streadolfitz to gain a monster than you can morph into. While in morphed mode, monsters will drop cryptid powders. Collect and trade them for cryptid coins. Spend the coins in the rolling machine for some sweet rewards.
• Wonderland Avatars in Arad!: For four weeks, Wonderland Avatar packages will be on sale.
  • For two weeks, the Pot of Wonders will be available in the item shop. There is a chance that when you open it, unique equipment will be generated.

• New Rare Finds: The lost treasure has been updated for new items. Some items include a equipment protection ticket, new creatures and avatar emblems.
• Spoils of War: Spoils of War is back. For the next two weeks, clear the first 10 recommanded dungeon for rewards. Some rewards are hp and mp potions, life tokens, and skeleton key fragments.
• Limited Time Sales Events!: For a limited item only, certain item shop items are marked down. Also, if you upgrade your safe during the event period, you will gain some extra items.

• April 25 - May 10 Events!: During these two weeks, rewards for awakening are increased to 2 Lethe's Honey instead of 1.
• Instead of 10x Channel EXP in Behemoth and Sky Tower, enjoy 20x Channel EXP during this event!
• Mentorship Week Returns - During Mentorship Week, allies will receive extra bonus benefits for partying together.

• This issue of DFO magazine previews new features for Act XVIII - Omen of Apocalypse.

• Join the Fight and Earn NX! For first time DFO players, Nexon will give out NX when you reach level 10 and level 18.
  • However, you must "have played at least 2 other Nexon games before OR charged at least NX 10,000 in your account history" to participate.

• Golden Goblin & 2x EXP Event!: In celebration of Act XVIII, DFO will host a 2x exp event and Golden Goblin event betwen 3 to 5pm Pacific Time.

4/12/2012

• Hyper Leap Event!: If you have any lvl 18+ character, you can create a new character with the option of "leaping" to level 40! You will also gain a full reinforced gear set. You can only "leap" once per account.
• Use the coin generator in your "leaped" character to generate 1~50 coins. Trade them in to Seria and get some consumables and APCS. Or save up to get an event title! The generator can only be used once per real-life day.
• If you are between lv17 and lv40, gain 10 times the EXP in Skytower and Behemoth Channels, during the event peorid.
• If you are a new person to DFO, starting out can be tricky. During the event period, reach certain level milestones and be rewarded for your efforts.

• DFO will be performing a maintenance on April 12th. During this time, Act XVIII: Omen of Apocalypse will be implemented.

4/6/2012

• Act XVIII: Omen of Apocalypse Patch Notes released. This Chronicle previews 3 new level 70 Otherverse dungeons, 3rd chronicle equipment, and a new blitz point system. Scheduled patch is April 12.
