Village of the Confined (Epic Quests)

The dweller of the Sewer thought Black Moss in the Rotting Lot was the scorpion queen that spawned scorpions, but they were wrong. Black Moss was just another child of the real scorpion queen, Fione. Empowered by the Great Metastasis, Fione commanded monsters to abduct random dwellers of the Sewer to feed on them. How has a scorpion grown so strong that it can command monsters that should be stronger than her? Maybe the answer is in the fragment in your hand.
