Dialogue

Briefing

Teida-NFace1.png Teida Beonarr

What just happened should explain why I quit being an Archpriest and joined Lemidia Capella.

Given the situation, I know conflict between us is inevitable.

(If the Adventurer is not a Priest)

You may not be a member of the Order, but no one can deny your contributions to its existence. You hold some sway over the organization.
The Adventurer I know wouldn't overlook what's happening in front of them.

(If the Adventurer is a Priest)

You're an integral part of the Order respected by everyone else. What you say and do greatly affect the organization.
This situation with Michael is stressful for all of us, and eventually, you'll have to make a decision, just like I have.

So, help me clarify this: what's your idea of justice?

You and I both know the meaning of this question. I don't expect you to give me your answer right away. Won't you at least think about it?

...I see. Teida left us because of a difference in opinion, but I have to agree with him this time.

(If the Adventurer is not a Priest)

We'll never see eye to eye until one of us proves we're right. You should also make your decision, Adventurer.

(If the Adventurer is a Priest)

We'll never see eye to eye until one of us proves we're right. You should also make your decision, [ Brother / Sister ].

You must have come to talk to me because you wanted to hear both sides of the story.

I think Lemidia Capella is being too radical and irrational. Obsessed with its own idea of justice, it's making rash decisions and taking action that violates our doctrines.

We don't know if the saint has really fallen or is simply having difficulty purging the Chaos. He could be our last chance to purge Chaos and finally get rid of what's causing all our problems.

It's the irrefutable truth that you were the most instrumental player in Ozma's subjugation, but it couldn't have been possible if the saint didn't help us through his crucifix.

Michael is incredibly powerful. No one can compare to him when it comes to sacred power.

If we make the wrong decision and got rid of him before he could purge Chaos, then who could finish what he started?

I know this Sanctum has caused countless deaths. It's terrible, but is that good enough reason to turn our backs on the saint?

Apostle or not, he's saved Humanity time and again and protected us from Ozma for a long time.

And now, even his own organization refuses to believe in him. What if he feels betrayed by Humanity?

What if... we end up with another Ozma on our hands?
