Description
The Ranger can now move while casting 
Windmill and 
Topspin and use skills in the middle of each other.
Skills can be canceled a certain number of times. This count is restored at regular intervals.
- Canceling
Mach Kick or 
Needle Sobat into Windmill or Topspin does not consume this count. - Canceling
Rising Shot or 
Headshot into Mach Kick or Needle Sobat does not consume this count.
Your Skill Cancellable count is set to 0 inside the Arena.

Notes
- Cancelling a skill will grant a buff for 60 seconds, which increases Basic and Skill Attack Damage by a certain percentage.
