Rapidly spins the Witch in mid-air on her broomstick, dealing Light and  Shock (Status) damage. When she lands, the Witch creates a massive shockwave that damages nearby targets and has a chance to inflict  Confusion (Status) on herself. When confused, the witch will regain HP and MP.
