Throws sand at the target. Upon impact, the target has certain chance of being in blind status.

Possess piercing property.
Blinded targets will have low accuracy and vision briefly.
Although there is no casting time, there are frames of animation before the activation.
One level of this skill is given to players automatically when advancing subclasses
