Level 9
Dungeon(s) Mirkwood Hollow

Description

The boss of Mirkwood Hollow. It follows the same attack patterns as a normal Lugaru, but its attacks are infused with the Dark element.

Tips

  • Keep it in the air as much as possible. It lunges quickly, and often attacks after knocking you back with its wake-up attack. If you get trapped in a corner death is likely.
  • Try to kill the other Lugaru monsters in the room first because they will quickly surround you and claw you to death.

Monster Status

The Kurogaru is seen as an ordinary monster in several other dungeons. While it has significantly less health, it is still deadly and able to attack quickly and cleverly.

  • The Kurogaru is able to occasionally Curse enemies when it attacks. It is also able to latch on to a player and "feed" off of him or her, dealing immense damage and possibly poisoning the victim. When it successfully feeds, its face is similar to that of the Penril's.
