Description
Select one party member within range then increases that party member's max HP for a set duration. When this buff expires you loose the HP you gained from the buff.
Details
When you cast this spell you grant the person +x max HP and they gain +x HP. Need to verify whether or not you will die if your current HP is below the buffed hp when the buff expires.
