Creator summons a powerful storm, hurting the enemies within the vortex and pulling enemies outside of it closer to it.
Details
- Level Requirement: 40
- Skill Level Interval: Every 2 levels
- Prerequisite: Level 1 Wind
- SP Cost: 40
- Energy Consumption: 20 per cast
- Press and hold the right mouse button to generate a whirlwind and draw nearby enemies at the current mouse position.
- Vortex effect takes .5 seconds to pull enemies.
- Higher levels of Wind Storm increases pull range.
