Description
Attacks all nearby opponents with windmill kick.

- Cooldown: 4 sec (6 sec in Arena )
- MP -2.0% Cooldown -1.0% on Command
- Basic Attack Cancelable Skill
Notes
- Extremely fast activation time.
- Low level windmill spins slowly; It's difficult to connect Mach Kick and leaves openings for counter attack.
- Rangers who have learned Triple Clutch can chain Mach Kick and Rising Shot in that order in a combo.
- Covers both X and Z axis.
- Useful anti-air move.
- It can be used when knocked down as a quick defensive move to help get back up when surrounded.
