Ice Fairy King Zeluth is the king of the Ice Spirit World, and the boss of Frozen Luteon.
Move List
- Crystal Bludgeon - Swings his ice rod twice. Noticeable pause between each strike.
- Icicle Javelin - Throws three ice crystals in a line in front of him.
- Zeluth shrinks in size after using this, but will eventually return to normal after some time passes.
