Allows the skill Flowing Stance to be charged up, enhancing the damage of Clash, Swift, and Rise.

Greatly increases the damage of each stance skill at the cost of 10 mp per second spent charging.
Usually, Rise or Swift are used almost instantaneously after activating this skill
