Unlimited duration, can toggled back by using skill again. 0.5 second cast time. High MP skill. The whip changes the basic attack to be longer and have a 4-attack rotation, and all types of basic attacks hit twice causing delay on each hit and high hit stun on the hit mobs. Delay from the transition from the first to second hit similar to (old) Gizel’s Chainsaw attack. Attack speed reduces the delay. Attack coefficient is high on each hit (same each hit, doesn’t increase) – each slightly (~5%) higher than the final 3rd basic pre-buff hit.
