Twin Gunblade
Revision as of 02:13, 17 December 2010 by Mr.dancing banana (talk | contribs)
Description
Uses the Corsair's Twin Gunblades weapon to attack enemies. While the skill is activated, the character's attack and movement speeds are increased, and super armor is granted on every attack. It changes the look of certain skills, and some skills cannot be used while the awakening is active.
Prerequisite
- Spriggan Lv 5+
- Sonic Spike Lv 5+
- Triple Clutch Lv 1+
Details
- Command Input: + Z
- This skill consumes 7 clear cube fragment
- This skill's effect lasts 45 seconds. Character will begin to flash white during the last 10 seconds.
- Each wave attack changes as the following:
- Pressing X button repeatedly initiates a moving shot combo, while pressing Z repeatedly initiates a close-range blade combo.
- Topspin Kick becomes Rainbow Kick, a rising somersault kick. Holding the skill button will allow you to jump higher and launch enemies higher. The character can follow up with normal aerial attacks afterwards.
- Needle Sobat becomes Spinning Blade. The character throws a spinning blade projectile to attack enemies infront of her. Pierces through enemies, has unlimited X-axis range. Can be thrown diagonally, but to a limited extent - it's velocity can be modified slightly by holding the up or down button while throwing it.
- Spriggan initiates a long-range chain grab attack to the front. Pressing the skill hotkey again will cause the character to grab and pull enemies hit by the blade towards her.
- All of the above skills do not consume MP; the user may use them as many time as possible before this skill ends.
- The user stays in super armor while doing any kind of attack
- Pressing the awakening skill hotkey (or performing the motion again) will initiate Blood Carnival, the Corsair's finishing move.
- However, unlike the Asura's awakening, the finishing move isn't used automatically once the skill's duration runs out. You have to perform it manually. Thus, it's advised to use Blood Carnival when the character begins to flash white.
- After the activation, the effect remains effective regardless of room/floor change. Be aware that alternated skills will be under cool time penalty too.
