Dual Flicker
Description
Increases the Firing Speed and Range of your bullets, and increases the Chance of firing an additional bullet during normal attacks.
The speed and range buff do not apply to Hand Cannons.
Details
- SP per Level: 45
- Automatically obtained upon awakening. (Lv 1)
- Applies for normal attacks only. (Buffed Bullets are counted as normal attacks).
- It has the same damage output, if it gets applied to the finisher of normal combo.
- It's the speed of bullet that increases, not the attack speed or gun-drawing speed.
- The speed and distance boost doesn't apply to hand cannons.
