Increases the Attack Strength, Curse Level and Sleeper Success Rate and reduces the Failure Rate of Devolution Flyswatter.

- Increases Devolution Flyswatter's damage, curse level, and sleeper success rate by 10%, +1 Lv., and +6% per level respectively.
- Reduces the failure rate by -4% per level.
