The only attack of the Skull Tosser is to through a skull in your direction. the skull will probably fall shot of you from his throw, but the skull keeps rolling after it hits the ground. The skull can be destroyed if struck, including melee attacks.Also, the skulls it throws can cause stun. If you strike Skull tosser theres a chance that a poison cloud will appear knocking a back a bit and possibly poisoning you.
