Description
With the Silver Spoon Circus defending the enemy base, the Kartels were able to focus all their forces on assaulting the Imperial Capital. The Imperial Army has held the line for now, but their enemies will never give up as long as they have the upper hand.

Folks in the Lawless District don't have much to do. The circus was one of our precious few pleasures in life, so you can guess just how popular it was. After the Kartels took over and absorbed the outlaw factions, the circus might've fallen on harder times.
