Description
Increases the Attack Strength and reduces the Confusion Chance of Broomstick Spin, but in exchange increases the Confusion Level.

- Increases Broomstick Spin's damage and confusion level by 10% and +2 Lv. per level, respectively.
- Reduces the confusion chance by -1.5% per level.
