Allows the Blade Master to strike once during a Backstep.

Command Input: (during backstep)
Level Requirement: 15
Skill Level Interval: Mastered at Level 1.
Prerequisite: None. Backstep is required but is given to all characters upon creation.
SP Cost: 50

Useful maneuver to turn the tables on a tailing opponent.
Able to damage knocked down opponents. Very useful for both offense and defense.
With Level 3 of Bludgeon Mastery and a blunt weapon equipped, Backstep Cutter will cause a shockwave, as well as bounce the enemy up significantly.
