Description
The Glacial Master generates an Ice Fog in a large cone in front of him. After 0.5 seconds, ice crystals spawn from the Ice Fog freezing and dealing damage to all enemies caught in the area. While the ice crystal effect persists, nearby enemies that make contact with the area take damage and have a chance to be frozen as well (Up to a max of 3 times). Once frozen by this skill, enemies do not receive any more additional hits from the ice crystals.

- Glacial Master level 70+
- Must have awakened as Hell Freezer

- The freeze chance and freeze duration are always 100% (65% in PvP) and 3 seconds respectively.
