Description
Always has red hair and an orange robe, carrying a whip. The exception is Stun Gun Jena from South Ghent Gate.
Moves
- Whip- This move has decent range and does little damage. It has some hitstun, and can be annoying to be combo'd, but is almost harmless individually. Has a chance to poison.
- Crouch/ Quick Rebound- This move allows the Kartel Agent to use either skill once.
Strategy
- Try to force them to close combat. This allows you to stop them from whipping you as the move has a long startup.
- Be careful not to get whipped multiple times as the damage adds up along with the poison, which will stack.

When the Kartel Agent says Is that all you've got?, they mostly use Crouch/Rebound.
