Word is that the Kartel remnants set up shop in Mount Hardt. The still mountain provides a natural fortress for the Kartels, making it difficult to round them up. An air raid is the only viable solution, except that the Kartel leader Hyena Kief armed his stronghold with antiaircraft turrets. Destroy the turrets before air support arrives.
