Talk:General Quests (Level 01 - 10)

General Quests might be easier to separate into "Quest Lines". For instance, All the "Wanna Make a Bet" guys follow the same kind of thought, and the same "Story Arch".

In Grand Flores, one of the predominant non-Epic Story Archs is the "The Basics are Crucial!" line, which ends with getting the title "Importance of Basics". The "The Basics are Crucial!" line should be it's own page, and, in fact, each of the inner lines, "Monster Hunting Tips", "Speedy as the Wind", "Kiri's Challenge", "G.S.D.'s Mind's Eye" should be their own pages as well.

The "The Basics are Crucial!" line, in this case, would house a general explanation of the variety of lines, and explain the reward for the final quest, as well as the reward of the title.

The separate lines, such as "Monster Hunting Tips", would be their own pages as well, and house charts with a full experience read-out, cash reward, item rewards, and quest giver.

"General Quests" should only be ones that have no other place, like some of Kargon's Weapon-Making Quests. They don't preempt one another, so they are stand-alones. They don't get followed by anything else, so blah blah blah. Perfect for General Quests.

Once everything is organized, someone should revamp the General Quest Category so that each quest is displayed by level. I know that you can redirect links to a specific part of a list, though I'm not entirely sure how, nor do I know if you can do such a thing with categories. But it's worth looking into, since such a chart would be the simplest system to search by through level, and bring everything together. Werty8472 20:43, 27 December 2009 (UTC)
