Description

Activates a walking bomb robot that seeks out the enemy and explodes on contact.

Notes

• Once the target is within range, the Land Runner falls down and explodes. The Land Runner can't be destroyed at this time.
• Can be used to pressure or distract an opponent. Deals fairly decent damage at high level.
• It gets stunned while being hit.
• The Land Runner can't be thrown, launched, or downed. The Land Runner is affected by  Grab Cannon however.
• Can be improved with  RX-78 Land Runner Upgrade or the Mechanic class's  Secret Land Runner passive.
• Interestingly, in dungeons, if an APC is an enemy that can summon the  RX-78 Land Runner, such as Empyrean Wanderer Magney, if the Land Runner is not destroyed before the APC is defeated, the Land Runner will not be nerfed, and will inflict extreme damage to the target if it hits.

• The RX-78 may have had its namesake from the RX-78-2 Gundam of the Mobile Suit Gundam series.
