Kane is one of the many tertiary antagonists of Dungeon Fighter Online and serves as the Final Boss for the Old Screaming Cavern.
Notoriously known for being a cruel and prideful man in life, Kane was one of the many warriors who ventured into the Screaming Cavern to fight Sirocco. However, due to his hubris, he recklessly ventured ahead of the others while seeking glory, and died a horrifying death to Sirocco.
After his death, his corpse and spirit were influenced by the powers of Sirocco. He was transfigured into a monster named Skull Kane, and forced to spend his afterlife wandering the depths of the Screaming Cavern for all eternity.
