Briefing	I've got news about the GBL Zealots: they've established a local GBL Branch in West Coast. That's bad news becuase I'm the only one that was able to escape from Lotus without being influenced by his mind attacks. If the Branch is being operated by GBL Zealots who are still uner Lotus's influence, then it must be shut down. Please go to the GBL Arad Branch and check on them to see how they're doing.
Objectives	Destroy all 4 bookshelves within GBL Arad Branch and see Ophelia afterward (this quest must be performed alone and cannot be abandoned once inside the dungeon or once the dungeon is cleared.)
Rewards	2735 Exp 200 Gold
