Although little is known about Kei, he became the current leader of Dog Leash after it's former leader was bitten to death and sent to join the environmental mana. He is also indirectly mentioned by [[Valdes Pakka]] saying that he's strong enough on keeping [[Demon Sworder Chermak]] under his command. When [[Dog Head]] speaks to Kei about Ricardo's disappearance after the events that occurred in [[Royal Casino]], she orders him to find Ricardo and collect the egg as he begins mobilizing his unit.

For days and nights on his search, Kei continues to track down the Apostle's traces going from [[Dark City]] leading to [[Nighttime Skyscraper]] where both him and his men would be attacked by Isys's followers that appeared in numbers being injured by one of them, but he manages to escape to the Skyscraper's center while leaving his dying unit behind. He would eventually come across the glowing egg which is being guarded by [[Heat Researcher Zadracon]] and asks where Ricardo is, but doesn't get an answer as the dragon knocks him out cold.

Sometime after Isys is resurrected, Kei awakens and frees himself from debris of a destroyed building in the center. Despite his injuries, he was prepared to report back on failing to finding Ricardo until he senses his mana, returning back to the Skyscraper's center where Zadracon is no longer guarding the now broken eggshell which has lost it's light after being cracked.

It turns out that Ricardo is inside that eggshell and as Kei calls for him, there's no response until a hand bursts out of it, grabbing him by his neck nearly choking him to death. Afterwards, he regains consciousness and uses his mana to lift up the eggshell as he prepares to head back to Kashipa's headquarters.
