This mysterious fortune teller appeared in Arad all of a sudden and became famous almost overnight. The aristocracy of the Empire and the Dark Elves rely on her divinations to make their political decisions. Before the Great Metastasis, she ran a puppet workshop in the West Coast.

I believe you're here to become stronger. Isn't that right, <Player>? I'm guessing you're reading for the ruins of the ancient Spider Kingdom. It's fraught with angry specters and ghouls. Those undead monsters were the Dark Elven denizens of Noire Ferra that died of a plague a long time ago. They've grown weak since their habitat came out into the light, but they're threatening the citizens of Underfoot just the same. They'll be good to practice your fighting skills on." |
