==History==
* Skasa may seem impossible to defeat alone at first, but do not be intimidated. Although he has many fiendishly powerful attacks, they are all easily avoidable. All of Skasa's attacks are delayed and have an unique animation to warn you beforehand which attack he is going to use, thus the trick to fighting Skasa is to anticipate his attacks, watch his movements and dodge accordingly. Although difficult, it is possible to defeat Skasa without being hit at all if one has gotten used to his patterns.
+
=== Original History ===
* Try not to use attacks that immobilize or require your character to stand still for extended periods of time [Neil the Sniper, Wild Shot, Hurricane N' Roll, etc.]. Skasa might catch you offguard by attacking you in the middle of your attack, potentially killing you in one hit.
+
=== Distorted History - Origin ===
* You can walk through and under Skasa. Touching him won't do anything to you, but it's advised not to as this will prompt him to use his claw attacks which are virtually unavoidable at that close in range.

* Jump to avoid his ground pound move. He can and will use ground pound over and over, be prepared to jump multiple times if needed.

'''Phase 1 ~ 2'''

*'''Ice Crystal:''' Just like [[Hismar]] and [[Spirazzi]] with their main core pattern, Skasa has one as well. For this one in particular, everyone will have a frozen gauge next to them and there are some ice crystals that spawn across the map that grow over time, and if either players or Skasa hit those crystals, they'll increase in size by force. Going near a crystal's range absorbs its freezing energy to give this notice; ''Your body starts freezing'' is when the gauge slowly begins increasing. Once it completely fills up, that player temporarily becomes {{IconLink|Frozen (Status)}} for a while, making them invulnerable to Skasa's attacks.

* When Skasa lowers his head towards the left of the screen, stay on the bottom-middle of the screen. If there is a vaccuum effect pulling you towards him while he's charging, he's going to use Twister. If not, he'll use Shriek.
+
*'''Body Press:''' Throughout the entire fight, Skasa constantly attempts to slam down on targeted players through hopping in and outside the frozen lake with a AoE red circle that creates Ice Spikes each time from entering or exiting.
* If he uses Shriek, you have a split second to run to the right side of the screen to avoid being hit. You might want to position yourself slightly more towards the right of the screen to minimize damage taken if he uses Shriek.

* If he uses Twister, stay at the bottom of the screen and continually run left. Avoid the middle of the Y-axis.

* If you are hit by Shriek, break out of stun status quickly and jump immediately. Skasa usually uses a ground pound after stunning targets with Shriek.

* Twister juggles and causes water elemental damage. If you have poor water resistance, expect to be juggled to death if you are hit at the start of the attack.

 +
*'''Cracked Ice Sheet:''' Whenever Skasa's attacks affect the floor, there will be a cracked area that inflicts {{IconLink|Slow Down (Status)}} on anyone who steps into one.

* When Skasa reels his head backwards towards the top left of the screen, or if you notice the room starts to darken, run towards him (under his head) immediately to avoid Ice Age.
+
*'''Ice Breath:''' Similar to Spirazzi's ''Poison Breath'', he'll dash from either the left or right side to charge up to spew out an icy breath. Staying behind Skasa is the only way to avoid being hit.
* Ice Age CAN and WILL wipe out the entire party within one attack.

 +
*'''I'll show you something worse than death:''' Skasa begins to create '''Cracked Ice Sheets''' that'll spawn out red circles to form waves of ice spikes, then he'll roar out to create more spikes.

* Once you have memorised all his attacks, all you have to do is to be patient and attack when Skasa is not attacking. Do not let your guard down even if he only has one or two bars of life left, or you might be hit unexpectedly and potentially die instantly. Be on full alert at all times and only relax when Skasa drops dead at your feet.
+
*'''Writhe in fear!:''' Upon entering Phase 2, Skasa does a series of three to four targeted '''Body Presses''', then during the last one, he gets into the middle section to roar out another circular wave of ice spikes.

 +
*'''<span style="color:red">Berserk:</span>''' There are three different AoE-centric berserk patterns Skasa can do anytime through a timer gauge, and through the usage of '''Ice Crystal''', these can be avoided without being too heavily damaged:
 +
**'''Ice Dragon's Cry:''' An extended version of '''I'll show you something worse than death''', Skasa begins creating numerous '''Cracked Ice Sheets''' on the floor. Once the gauge below empties out to launch a full screen roar to spread ice spikes.
 +
**'''Ice Dragon's Rage:''' Skasa repeatedly does physical attacks for a while. then he'll go airborne to do a double, full screen '''Body Slam''' which covers the entire area with Ice Spikes.
 +
**'''Ice Dragon's Wrath:''' From either left or right, Skasa powers up to a more fatal version of '''Ice Breath''' that can potentially kill anyone.

* Skasa IS affected by hitstun, even though it's barely noticable. It's possible for a party of four extremely fast attackers who know what they're doing to stunlock him / slow down his attacks.
