Places a buff that very slowly heals the selected ally and creates an aura that increases Attack Speed, Movement Speed, and Hit Recovery.  If the HP of the buffed ally falls to zero, Fountain of Life is consumed immediately a small portion of HP. Higher Vitality means faster HP recovery and more overall healing.
