Description

Casts a Crystal of Light that releases holy power, improving party members' fighting abilities. The light orb changes to a shadow orb after a while, shooting powerful laser beams at enemies.
Your Vitality affects this skill's Strength and Physical Def., and your Spirit affects its Intelligence and Magic Def.
The Strength and Intelligence bonuses can't be applied to you.
This skill's buff effect can't be used in conjunction with that of Crux of Victoria.png Crux of Victoria (Female Crusader) or Marionette (Enchantress).png Marionette (Enchantress).
When this skill reaches certain skill ranks it gains bonus properties:

  • Level 3: Increases the laser Atk. and decreases post-casting delay.
  • Level 6: Increases the orb's attack range
  • Level 9: Increases the orb's buff/attack duration, and decreases multi-hit intervals.

Holy Ghost Mace.png Holy Ghost Mace immediately activates the laser attack and increases Atk. and Attack Speed.

Notes

  • Buff portion is scaled with stats. Assumed amount is Tooltip*(1+Stat/500) where stat is Vit for the Str and P.Def buff and Spr for the Int and M.Def buff.
  • Basic attack cancelable only while wielding Thunder Hammer- Jupiter.png Thunder Hammer : Jupiter.
  • Apocalypse has a short casting delay before activation, leaving the Crusader vulnerable and open to attack. It is extremely important to avoid getting interrupted during casting, especially in raids.
  • While under the effects of Holy Ghost Mace.png Holy Ghost Mace, Apocalypse will immediately shift into the attack phase and will not provide buffs to party members. During this effect, Apocalypse will deal 30% more damage.
