The Sacred or Divine Beasts (Korean: 신수) are one of many races featured in Dungeon Fighter Online.

They may resemble common animals who reside in Seon, but are capable of evolving into a Sacred Beast through constant absorption of purely clean mana through the mists. Each individual Sacred Beast comes in various shapes, sizes, or a mixture between different species wielding various abilities such as; high intelligence, capable of understanding human language, physical strength or elemental magic.

Sacred Beasts never interacted with humans due to being seen as legendary beings in fairy tales during past times, but due to the efforts of Ergon, the Hermit, an era where coexistence between Sacred Beasts and humans now exist in Seon.

In Clearmist, players can interact with random Sacred Beasts that follows them around, and by choosing one of four options, the right interaction choice has them give out a daily reward once a day. The Prelude Raid, Asrahan: Curtains of Mu also allows Sacred Beasts to ally with players to offer their abilities during battle, and are able to evolve with enough experience.

Mammals

• Hermit Ergon - The Hermit of Harmony who resembles a Fox, serves as a boss for Forest of Awakening.
• Behemoth - A large Sacred Beast resembling a Whale with an island on their backs. Commonly associated with the GBL.
• Rugaloo - Known as "Keeper of the Valley", it resembles a large white and green Bear with Antlers. Serves as a boss in White Cloud Valley.
• Biting Meringue - Resembling a Dog/Cloud mixture, has the ability to mimic other Sacred Beasts' powers. One of five allies for Curtains of Mu.
• Niagu in Clouds - Resembling a Cat/Cloud mixture, able to control lightning. One of five allies for Curtains of Mu.
• Sensitive Beast Shirring - a Squirrel/Chipmunk mixture.
• Traveling Bonoz - A Weasel who carries a backpack disassembler invented by the Cog Workshop, similar to the Portable Repair Machines.

• Sparkling Wonder - A Fox with fire abilities, usually seen with Milan Litt and one of five allies for Curtains of Mu.
• Burning Semiani - An ancient Sacred Beast that resembles a Lion with fire-based abilities. One of five bosses for Asrahan: Curtains of Mu/Mu Raid.
• Swingscat - A Guardian to Bluehawk Captain Birdie that resembles a Griffin.
• Mooth - Shining Diane's ally who resembles a large Hamster that's capable of flight and wields lightning powers.
• Mr. Whitebutter - A Sheep merchant who sells Creature Artifacts with Peloma.
• Immortal Arbo - A Deer who watches over the Land of Eternity, serves as a boss for Forest of Awakening.
• Red-Feathered Beahtti - A Guardian who protects the Paradise of Contemplation, and also wields fire-based abilities similar to Semiani. Serves as a boss for Forest of Awakening.

Birds

• Awakened Guardian - A Chicken who watches over the Primordial Hill, serves as a boss for Forest of Awakening.
• Second Adjutant FDC Penrud - A member of the Bluehawks Pirate Group, looks to resemble a Penguin/Seal mixture.

• Falke - A Falcon ally for the Hunter subclass.
• Mirage - Ludmilla's ally who also resembles a Falcon.

• Peloma - A Crow who sells Creature Artifacts with Mr. Whitbutter.

Reptiles

• Constellation Turtle Woomu - Shume's ally that resembles a Turtle.
• White Cloud Messenger Pulsy - Erlich's ally that resembles a Water Serpent.

Insects

• Nabu - Largo's ally whose appearance resembles a Moth/Rabbit.

Amphibians

• Shy Log - A Frog that only appears during rainy days in Clearmist, can reset Skill Cooldowns. One of five allies for Curtains of Mu.

Fish

• Mist-soaked Yomumu - Looks to resemble a Guppy/Whale mixture, a familiar to Mu, God of Mist and Memory. Serves as a boss in Misty Plateau & Verge of Recollection via Malefic Yomumu.
