• Arena Now Open!: As compensation, Dfo will provide Blitz Shards, Golden Apples and Skeleton Key Fragments via the Item Redemption Page!
• To help boost your Arena skills, Dfo will host 2x Arena exp events on the weekends of March 31 and April 7 between 12pm to 1pm PDT.
  • During this hour, you will also obtain blitz shards. Turn 50 of them to upgrade your current safe!

• Over the next two weekends (the weekends of March 31 and April 7) 3x exp and drop rate events will be hosted between 2-6pm PDT.

• Bug Busters!: Upon your first character logon, you will gain a Bugaboo creature.
• To upgrade your Bugaboo creatue, defeat the bug monsters that appear in any dungeon. Collect twenty bug legs and ten arena seals and trade them in for a Savage Bugaboo creature.
• Bug Costume: Collect 15 bug legs and trade them in for a Bug Buster box. The Bug costume will turn you into a bug for 5 minutes. The Bug Juice will recover 15% Hp/Mp with a 5 second cooldown.
• Dfo has posted 3 fibs for April fool's day. Find out which one is the real fib on April 1st!

• Week by Week sales!: For the next two weeks, each week will have a BIG sale on selected cash shop items.

• Over the next two weekends, 3x exp and drop rate events will be hosted between March 31st and April 1st, and April 7th and 8th, from 2-6pm PDT.

3/15/2012

• The Gladiator's Cache:Simply log on to the Fair Arena and claim your Cache.
• To open your gift box, you must collect key fragments obtained from Fair Arena Limited Missions.
  • Inside the gift box is a reinforceed ticket of +3, +5, +7, or +10.
• To help boost your Arena skills, every Saturday and Sunday, between 3-4pm PDT, you will earn twice the Arena exp.
  • During this hour, you will also obtain blitz shards. Turn them in to upgrade your current safe!

• New Rare Finds!: Between March 15th and April 11th, every lost treasure will become Premium lost treasure. These Premium ones have a higher cahnce of producing rare items.
• Emblem Week is back for two weeks.

• DFO will be performing a maintenance on March 14th. During this time, Act XVII: Immortal Heroes will be implemented.

3/8/2012

• Act XVII: Immortal Heroes Patch Notes released. This Chronicle shows previews of the Fair Arena system. Scheduled patch is March 15.
• "The Fair Arena is a new type of PvP mode, for characters to compete in matches with other characters of various levels and subclasses, using new fair-balancing systems."

• DFO extends the Sweet Time and Secret Love Letter events for one more week.
• Surprise Sale Event: Between Wednesday the 7th, and Thursday the 15th, there will be items in the item shop at a reduced price

2/22/2012

• The Mysterious Goblin Market!:Every 50bp you burn, 5 goblin coins will be sent to you by mail. Save up your coins to buy rare items in the Goblin Market. The market will appear near Lorianne and will only be up for two hours at a time.
• If you are lucky, you may catch the 30-minute Discount Sale!
• You can only gain 20 goblin coins a day. The 30-minute sale will only appear once a day.

• Buy 1 Get 1 FREE Event!: For the next two weeks, buy one tagged item, get another one FREE.
• Each buy 1 get 1 free item can only be purchased once per account.

• President's Day Weekend Events!: During this weekend, in honor of President's day, there will be 2x EXP + Golden Goblin Event between 3pm and 5pm PST.
• On Monday the 20th, DFO will host a 3x EXP and Drop Rate + Golden Goblin Event between 12 and 2pm and 6 and 8pm PST.

• Love is in the Air:For one month, every Thursday and Saturday, blanks cards will give out Happy Valentines and +100% exp. Collect the Happy Valentines and trade them in for prizes.
• Find 'Couple Monsters' in dungeons and take their love letters. Bring the letters to your favorite NPCs and improve your relationship! They will also reward you for your efforts.

• Animal Attraction Packages:For two weeks only, special packages will be on sale!
• This package comes with Animal avatars; either a Golden tiger or an Albino tiger pet; and Lethe's, Tactician's, and Conqueror's contracts for 7 days.
• In honor of Valentines day, DFO will add a chocolate box in this package. Inside it will contain various prizes in packs of 1, 10, 100, or even 1000.

• DFO will be performing a maintenance on Feb 8th. During this time, Act XVI Interlude - Secrets of Suju will be implemented.

2/1/2012

• This issue of DFO Magazine previews Act XVI Interlude - Secrets of Suju.
• The Quick Party system is just what it sounds! Quickly create a party and gain dungeon benefits.
• During Mentorship Week, allies will receive benefits that will help them along their journey.
• Guild system will be revamped. The EXP and Level Up Fee required for Guilds will be decreased. Materials needed to purchase Guild EXP Books will be easier to obtain in the Southern Dale Dungeon.

• DFO apologizes for the recent downtime. For compensation, DFO will be hosting a 2 exp event on Sat and Sun, Feb 4 and 5.
• They also added a few things, such as rescheduling the Class Appreciation Event.

• Pack your DFO Suitcase: Purchase a DFO suitcase and choose your FREE kit. Back-up kit contains apcs while supply kit contains a Skeleton key fragment, toys of mysterious world, and Mana aids.
• Upgrade your safe during event period and receive extra rewards!

• Save the Snow Goblin!: Burn 30 bp to receive a snowflake by mail. Bring the snowflake to the Snow Goblin and he will reward you! Continue bringing him snow flakes for a chance to obtain a Legacy weapon pot. Once you burn 200bp, snowflakes will stop being sent to you.
• Class Appreciation Event: Play with the featured character of the day and get bonus EXP!

• Skeleton Key Bonus Sale!: There will be a sale on Skeleton keys between Friday, Jan 20th to Tuesday, Jan 24th. For the price of one key, "you will be granted 2 bonus Skeleton Key Fragments for FREE!" in this package.

• Nexon Hat Trick Phase 2: Nexon invites DFO, Dragon Nest, and Vindictus players to participate in this event. Level your characters to 20 in ALL three games and you will be eligible for prizes. Included rewards for DFO are: Skeleton Keys, Remy's Touch, Bind Cubes, and more.
• This time, if 30,000 players complete the Hat Trick by March 15, 2012, Nexon will release the third phase where one winner will be selected to win a 2012 BMW M3.

• For two weeks only emblem week is back with new functions. You can only synthesize two emblems of the same grade. Sundering is also back.
• Golden bind cubes will be on sale for 2 weeks also.

• Tears have been removed from lost treasures.

• Leaps and Bounds event: If you have a male fighter at lv30 or above, your next character will be lv18!

• Burn Those Blitz Points!: On Dec 28 and 29 and Jan 4 and 5, burn blitz points for sweet benefits such as skill cooldown and more exp!
• Spoils of War!: Between Dec 28 and Jan 12, clear recommended dungeons for rewards. Some rewards are hp and mp potions, life tokens, and skeleton key frags.

• Skeletal Stocking Stuffers: Between Dec 23 and Jan 12, DFO will be selling skeletal packages in three sizes, small, medium, and large. Some rewards are Skeleton keys and fragments, creature food, tokens, and bind cubes.

• 12 Days of Christmas Offers: Between Dec 21 and Jan 1, there will be one free NX offer per day.

• Big Time Saturday events!: Stay logged on at 5pm PST on Dec 17 and 24 for a chance of winning rare prizes. Between 5pm and 7pm will be Gold Goblin and 2exp event.
• Christmas event: Gather snowballs and throw them at the christmas tree for rewards.
